David Ruger brings over two years of hospitality consulting and operations experience to CHM. At CHM, Mr. Ruger is actively involved in the overall due diligence process, conducting market research, aiding in financial modeling and investment opportunity analysis. Mr. Ruger offers his private sector hospitality operations expertise to CHM’s Government Services group, providing support on advisory assignments to public sector clients, such as the U.S. Air Force and National Park Services, among others. Prior to joining CHM, Mr. Ruger worked for Hospitality Valuation Services (HVS) in San Francisco, a national real estate firm in the valuation and advisory services practice, as a consulting and valuation analyst working on hotel/motel/casino appraisals, feasibility studies and franchise fee valuations. Additionally, Mr. Ruger has worked as a junior analyst with a Cambridge-based restaurant consulting firm advising restaurants in the greater Boston area. Mr. Ruger also has a hospitality operations background and has worked at the Boston Park Plaza Hotel in the accounting and engineering departments.
