Andrew Leber brings more than eight years of hospitality consulting and operations experience to CHM. Mr. Leber has been involved in the appraisal and valuation of more than 300 hospitality assets, including hotels, resorts, restaurants, golf courses and marinas. At CHM, Mr. Leber lends market research and hospitality operations expertise to CHM’s Government Services group, providing support on major public-sector advisory and asset management engagements including experience with clients such as the United States Air Force, among others. Prior to joining CHM, Mr. Leber worked for a national real estate firm in the valuation and advisory services practice, as well as with a luxury hotel chain. Mr. Leber is a Certified General Appraiser, licensed in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and the states of Connecticut and New York.
