Ms. Andrada brings over 25 years accounting experience to CHM, focused in real estate. As Accounting Manager, Ms. Andrada is primarily responsible for CHM’s internal company Budgeting, Forecasting, Coordination of Tax matters, Company insurance renewals, HR administration and SEC compliance matters. Ms Andrada is also responsible for owner level financial reporting and cash flow reporting for specific clients. In addition, Ms. Andrada undertakes special research and analytical projects in support of client services coordinated through both the accounting and asset management teams.
