Ms. Greacen brings more than 17 years of hospitality advisory, investment and asset management experience to CHM. Specializing in luxury resorts, mixed-use and adaptive reuse projects, Ms. Greacen has played an integral role in the asset management of more than $2.0 billion dollars of hotel, resort and spas located in California, Florida, Hawaii, Massachusetts, New York, Mexico and Costa Rica. Her experience includes implementing re-positioning and renovation strategies, negotiating management contracts, providing litigation support, valuation services and financial due diligence. As Executive Vice President at CHM, Ms. Greacen is responsible for overseeing the asset management of multiple properties within the portfolio, as well as providing related investment, acquisition and disposition services to the investor clients she represents. Prior to joining CHM, Ms. Greacen was the President and Founder of Santa Monica Hotel Group, a boutique hospitality asset management and advisory firm founded in 2000. Previous positions held include Vice President for PKF Consulting and Assistant Controller for The Yarmouth Group (now Morgan Stanley). In addition to her hospitality expertise, Ms. Greacen is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), member of the American Institute of CPAs and served on the Board of the Hospitality Asset Manager's Association, of which she was president in 2007, and remains an active member today.
